Slam balls are special heavy smash balls that have a feature which is unique: their fall to the floor is cushioned, so they do not bounce back. They are used for functional and core training. Suited to be smashed on the floor; this is a useful exercise to stimulate the abs’ explosive strength. The strong point of this product consists of the possibility to violently throw the ball on the floor without running the risk of breaking nor damaging the contact surface.
They are the only ones suitable for the classic smash exercise, for the explosive activation of the abdominal muscles and for training power, strength and reactivity.
