Training with Gymnastic Rings is widely spreading in clubs and fitness centers. It does not need big spaces; it is efficient and low cost. Gravity force plays a key role for this training. Two rings supported by strong bands, which are provided, with an easy closure mechanism that makes this kit ideal for suspension training.
